Key Responsibilities
- Screens and evaluates patients/residents and develops appropriate care plan.
- Under a physician's direction, provides direct patient/resident treatment based on established plan of care.
- Plans, directs, or conducts rehabilitative treatment programs to restore communicative efficiency of individuals with communication and/or swallowing or cognitive problems.
- Administers, scores, and interprets specialized hearing and speech tests.
Requirements
- Qualifications Education: Bachelor of Science degree in Speech Language Pathology required.
- Licenses/Certification: Current license in Speech Language Therapy as required by state law.
- Valid CPR certification required.
- Experience: Six months experience in a long-term care environment preferred.
Work Schedule
- Per Diem position.
Work with Grangeville Health and Rehabilitation of Cascadia in United States.
