Join ICM as a Physical Therapist – Monday-Friday in Arkansas. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES * Reviews social history, psychological, medical, and previous therapy reports/records. * Interviews individual/caregiver to discuss and establish needs.

  • Interviews individual/caregiver to discuss and establish needs.
  • Administers appropriate tests and evaluates to determine functional level and potential.
  • Completes all evaluations, documentation, and billing within timelines according to procedure.

Requirements

  • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
  • The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
  • EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Degree in Physical Therapy and must hold or obtain an Arkansas State License to practice therapy.
