Key Responsibilities
The Board Certified Behavior Analyst will develop and update treatment plans while overseeing the implementation of evidence-based ABA interventions. They are responsible for training RBTs and family members, monitoring treatment effectiveness, and ensuring fidelity through on-site visits.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a valid BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board. A minimum of two years of experience in developing or overseeing intensive intervention programs for children with autism is required.
