$250,000–$350,000 Estimated Annual Earnings | $10,000 Signing Bonus

Full-Time | Associate-to-Partnership Pathway Available

Springs Dentistry is looking for a General Dentist to join our established Colorado Springs practice. With more than 30 years in the community, strong patient demand, a broad clinical mix, and an Associate-to-Partnership Pathway, this is an opportunity to grow both clinically and professionally.

Mentorship and Clinical Development as Needed

You'll have the opportunity to provide restorative, cosmetic, emergency, CEREC single-visit crowns, clear aligners, implant restorations, dentures, periodontal, preventive, and other general dentistry.

You don't need to do everything on day one. We welcome newer dentists and experienced providers who are clinically thoughtful, motivated to grow, and committed to providing appropriate, patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive general dentistry services including restorative, cosmetic, and emergency care. Collaborate with a tenured clinical team to deliver patient-centered treatment and build long-term patient trust.

Requirements

Must possess a DDS or DMD degree and hold or be eligible for an active Colorado dental license. The role is open to both newer and experienced dentists who are motivated to grow clinically and professionally.
