Key Responsibilities
The Behavioral Health Specialist provides one-on-one support to high-risk children and youth in their homes and community. They are responsible for supervising safety, facilitating community activities, and coaching positive social skills under the direction of a therapist.
Requirements
Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in a behavioral science field and have three years of relevant experience in child mental health or development. Applicants are also required to have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass background clearances.
