Key Responsibilities
The COD Counselor provides outreach, engagement, and ongoing case management services to adults with mental health and substance use disorders in various community settings. They are responsible for conducting clinical assessments, facilitating therapeutic interventions, and coordinating care to support client recovery and stability.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or a relevant social science and possess or be able to obtain a Substance Use Disorder Professional credential. At least one year of direct service experience with vulnerable populations is required, along with strong communication and documentation skills.
