Key Responsibilities
The Senior Physician Recruiter will lead the end-to-end national recruiting pipeline for Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility specialists. They will act as a strategic partner to the CEO to drive talent strategy, market prioritization, and competitive intelligence.
Requirements
Candidates must have 8+ years of recruiting experience, with a strong preference for physician or specialized clinical recruiting backgrounds. The role requires executive presence, experience managing junior staff, and the ability to build long-term relationships within a niche medical specialty.
