Key Responsibilities

The Behavioral Health Specialist provides comprehensive clinical screening, assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning for service members. They also perform ongoing case management, crisis intervention, and maintain detailed records in an electronic health record system.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in social work and an active Texas LCSW certification. Experience working with military personnel and familiarity with National Guard Bureau behavioral health regulations are required.
