Key Responsibilities
- coordinate and provide psychiatric treatment and rehabilitation for individuals with mental illness and develop.
- Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial evaluations (CBE’s) of Merakey clients referred for psychiatric treatm.
- Provide medication appointments, prescriptions and monitoring.
- Provide consultation to Merakey staff with regard to client care and treatment.
Requirements
- PMHNP or Psychiatric Mental Health Practitioner with prescriptive authority.
- Active, unrestricted Pennsylvania license The ideal candidate will possess;
- Experience with Integrated Health preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with other disciplines, including clinical and clerical staff
