Acute Care Surgery & Trauma Surgeon Ochsner Health is seeking a Trauma Critical Care/Acute Care Surgeon in Lafayette, LA (BC/BE in Surgical Critical Care and General Surgery).

Key Responsibilities

The physician will provide trauma and acute care surgery coverage, including primary and back-up call rotations. Responsibilities also include critical care management for surgery and trauma patients within a Level 2 Trauma Center.

Requirements

Candidates must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Surgical Critical Care and General Surgery. The role requires the ability to manage complex surgical patients and participate in a rotating call schedule.
