Lead Physician Compensation Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Manager and Director of Physician Compensation. Ensures month-end processes are completed by defined deadlines and providing summary reports to ambulatory leadership as necessary. Performs a variety of complex duties requiring specialized training or knowledge.

• Collaborates with physician services leaders on development of the annual budget of compensation plans for providers in the system. Prepares complex management reports, ensuring long-range success.

• Collaborates with market departments and staff to perform provider compensation analysis. Works with minimal guidance to solve complex issues related to physician services clinical staff compensation plans. Performs monthly financial functions on a regular basis with medical groups.

• Works collaboratively with cross functional teams and other shared services departments. Acts as a resource to provide guidance and assistance as necessary for physician services analysts and associate analysts. Ensures communication of all changes with financial and/or budgetary impact.

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Required

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Preferred

• Five years' relevant experience: Preferred Essential Functions:
