Occupational Therapist Home Health-Per Diem

Key Responsibilities

The Occupational Therapist will assess patient needs and develop personalized rehabilitation programs to improve strength, mobility, and independence within the home setting. They will also coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary team members while supervising therapy assistants and documenting patient progress.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a current and unrestricted Occupational Therapy license and possess a valid driver's license with reliable transportation. A minimum of six months of occupational therapy experience is preferred, along with current CPR certification.
