Role Overview
As a Radiation Therapist, you will administer radiation treatments to patients as prescribed by physicians, utilizing specialized equipment such as linear accelerators, High Dose Rate (HDR) Afterloaders, and Computed Tomography. Your work directly supports patients undergoing cancer treatment, ensuring they receive safe and effective care. This role is critical in helping patients achieve the best possible outcomes during their treatment journey.

What You Will Do
Deliver precision radiation treatments – Administer radiation therapy to patients using advanced specialized equipment, including linear accelerators and HDR Afterloaders, with technical expertise and clinical precision.
Maintain rigorous safety standards – Implement and champion comprehensive safety protocols to minimize radiation exposure risks and ensure the protection of patients, staff, and yourself.
Provide compassionate patient care – Deliver empathetic support to patients experiencing significant emotional and physical challenges, recognizing the critical role you play in their treatment experience.
Collaborate across the care team – Work effectively with oncologists, physicists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated, evidence-based patient care and optimal clinical outcomes.

What You Will Need
Required Qualifications
A.R.R.T. Radiation Therapy Technology Certification or registry eligible.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree.
