Job Description
THE NEED HAS NEVER BEEN GREATER. THE OPPORTUNITY HAS NEVER BEEN MORE MEANINGFUL.
Every day, children walk into school carrying burdens most adults would struggle to manage—anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, family instability, bullying, and overwhelming stress.
Many of these students would never receive mental health services if someone didn't meet them where they are.
That's where you come in.
At RFS Behavioral Health, we don't just provide therapy—we create opportunities for children and families to heal, grow, and thrive. Our therapists work directly within schools and communities, building relationships, removing barriers to care, and helping students develop the tools they need to succeed both in and out of the classroom.
If you're looking for a career where your work has purpose, impact, and meaning every single day, we'd love to meet you.
