RFS Behavioral Health is seeking compassionate, licensed therapists to provide high-quality behavioral-health services to children and families throughout the Toledo and Sylvania communities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and group therapeutic services

• Complete clinical assessments and individualized treatment plans

• Help clients develop coping skills and achieve meaningful treatment goals

• Collaborate with families, school personnel, and community partners

• Participate in care coordination and treatment-team meetings

• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation

• Maintain professional, ethical, and regulatory standards

Qualifications

• Active Ohio LSW, LPC, or higher behavioral-health licensure

• Experience working with children, adolescents, or families preferred

• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills

• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team

• Genuine passion for helping children and families thrive

• Reliable transportation and ability to serve the assigned area
