Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and group therapeutic services

• Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

• Deliver evidence-informed interventions based on each client’s needs

• Help clients work toward measurable clinical goals

• Coordinate care with families, schools, and community partners

• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation

• Maintain all applicable professional, ethical, and regulatory standards

Qualifications

• Active Ohio LSW, LPC, or higher behavioral-health licensure

• Experience serving children, adolescents, or families preferred

• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills

• Ability to manage scheduling and clinical responsibilities independently

• Reliable transportation and ability to serve the assigned area

• Commitment to ethical, compassionate, and client-centered care
