Job Description
Now Seeking a Part-Time Periodontist in Rocky Hill, CT! Sign-On Bonus Available! Rocky Hill Dental Group is seeking a Part-Time Periodontist to join our well-established, comfortable, and family-oriented practice.
This is an excellent opportunity to work 1–2 days per week, with availability on Wednesday, Thursday, and/or Friday, alongside a supportive and experienced clinical team in a modern setting.
Our practice is fully updated with the latest digital clinical and practice management technology and supported by a strong, knowledgeable staff. We are insurance-based (no Medicaid) and have a large, established patient base, with a consistent flow of new patients each month.
Rocky Hill Dental Group currently has multiple General Dentists, creating a strong internal referral base and steady opportunity for periodontal patients.
The practice continues to grow, making this an excellent opportunity for a Periodontist looking to build a rewarding part-time specialty practice within an established dental office. The practice is part of a small, dentist-owned group called Plum Dental.
Plum is a group of 30+ practices in Rhode Island and eastern Connecticut that is owned by its founder dentists.
Plum was founded with the goal of serving as a long-term home for excellent dentists to practice how they want, and to enjoy the financial and personal rewards of private practice, but with the support and stability of a larger, successful, and growing dentist-led organization.
Compensation/Benefits/Partnership Collections-based salary with guaranteed minimum daily compensation for one year after joining the group. After just two years, there is the potential for equity ownership in both the practice and Plum for like-minded dentists that share our vision and values.
Key Responsibilities
Provide periodontal services to patients in a well-established, modern dental practice. Collaborate with a team of general dentists to manage internal referrals and maintain a consistent patient flow.
Requirements
Must be a qualified Periodontist capable of working 1-2 days per week. The role requires clinical expertise and the ability to work effectively within a supportive, dentist-owned group practice.
