Key Responsibilities
The BCBA will conduct assessments, develop individualized therapy programs, and monitor client progress while supervising RBTs. They will also collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care and maintain required documentation.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in Psychology, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field. A Behavior Analyst license or license eligibility in the state of Illinois is required.
