Provide direct services to children for whom therapy supports are identified in their Individual Family Service Plan
- Complete a specific assessment to document child’s status
- Collaborate with parent to develop specific functional outcomes using family friendly terminology
- Maintain on going contact with child’s service coordinator to ensure consistency in service delivery
- Train and provide consultation to staff as needed
- Attend IFSP and school meetings
- Document session notes after each visit
- Supervise students in their clinical fellowship year

- Current licensure by the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology and a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) granted by the American Speech, Language and Hearing Association
- 2 years experience supporting infants and toddlers preferred
- Knowledge of child development
- Must have reliable transportation

Key Responsibilities
The Speech & Language Pathologist will provide direct therapy services to children and collaborate with families to develop functional outcomes. They are also responsible for documenting session notes, attending school meetings, and supervising clinical fellowship students.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a current Massachusetts licensure in Speech-Language Pathology and a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC). Two years of experience working with infants and toddlers is preferred, along with a strong knowledge of child development.
