Job Requirements
- Board: Board Certified Medical Oncology or Board Eligible (0-5 years); Hematology preferred
- Licenses: Active Oregon license required; Universal License (IMLC) accepted
- DEA: Active DEA certification required (during credentialing)
- Certifications: BLS required
Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide direct outpatient hematology/oncology care
- Serve as chemotherapy program director/provider
- Perform bone marrow biopsies
- Manage patient consultations (1-3 per week)
- Manage patient volume of 15-18 per day
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct outpatient hematology and oncology care while serving as the chemotherapy program director. Responsibilities include performing bone marrow biopsies and managing patient consultations and daily volume.
Requirements
Candidates must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Medical Oncology with an active Oregon medical license. A valid DEA certification and BLS certification are also required for this position.
