Pay: $18.28 - $20.85 per hour! +$2.00 overnight shift differential (depending on related experience)

Nature of Work
This position is responsible for assuring that program youth are adequately supervised and cared for in a safe and therapeutic manner.

Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum requirement is a high school diploma and experience with children and/or adolescents with serious emotional disturbances. An Associate's degree is preferred.
- Must meet the requirements of the School Age Care, Day Care, and/or Mental Health Regulations regarding a State Central Register Clearance regarding history of abuse/maltreatment of children and Criminal History Review for criminal convictions.
- Requires a valid drivers’ license that meets insurability guidelines to operate agency owned vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
The Overnight Counselor is responsible for ensuring the safety and therapeutic care of youth residing in the facility. They provide continuous supervision throughout the overnight shift to maintain a supportive environment.
Requirements
Candidates must have a high school diploma and experience working with children or adolescents with serious emotional disturbances. A valid driver's license and the ability to pass criminal and child abuse background checks are required.
