Job Summary

We are hiring a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker to provide remote therapy services to clients across Massachusetts.

This position is ideal for a licensed clinician who enjoys building steady client relationships, providing practical support, and helping clients make progress through structured, evidence-based care.

You will work from a telehealth setting while maintaining accurate records, collaborating with care teams when needed, and supporting clients in a professional and meaningful way.

Responsibilities

Provide individual therapy through a secure telehealth platform

Complete Clinical Assessments and Develop Treatment Plans

• Support clients dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, relationship issues, and life transitions
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Active Massachusetts LICSW license in good standing
• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
• Experience providing therapy or clinical social work services
• Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills
• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records
