What You'll Do

Manage all daily residential operations (i. e. Intake, supervision, events, transportation, food service, medications etc.)

  • Train and support BHT team in all operations and responsibilities
  • Escalate any concerns or crises to Lead Behavioral Health Technician
  • Oversee client engagement and morale, maintaining a warm and positive recovery environment
  • Ensure client and BHT compliance to all Avenues rules, policies and procedures

What We're Looking For

High School diploma or GED preferred

Valid Driver's License and CPR Certification Preferred

  • If in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety is required.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Warm, empathetic personality with ability to set firm boundaries
  • Dignified, honest character which models recovery principles

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily residential operations including intake, supervision, and medication administration while supporting the BHT team. Ensure client engagement and maintain compliance with all facility rules and recovery-focused policies.

Requirements

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver's license. A CPR certification is preferred, and those in recovery must have at least one year of sustained sobriety.
