Key Responsibilities

The Registration Technician is responsible for collecting and entering patient demographic and insurance information while providing exceptional customer service. They also manage front-desk duties, including scheduling, insurance verification, and maintaining a safe and orderly waiting area.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a High School Diploma or GED and at least one year of experience in scheduling or registration. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and knowledge of HIPAA regulations are required, along with a valid Alaska driver's license.
