About the Role
The Nurse Practitioner will serve as a vital healthcare provider delivering comprehensive family medicine services across diverse patient populations, including pediatrics, geriatrics, and trauma cases.
This role focuses on conducting thorough clinical assessments to diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions, with a particular emphasis on pain management and patient safety.

Minimum Qualifications
- Current and valid Nurse Practitioner license in the United States.
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
- Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or equivalent.
- Demonstrated experience in clinical assessments and patient management.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in pain management and trauma care.
- Additional certifications in geriatrics or pediatrics.
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Experience working in multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Participation in quality improvement initiatives or clinical research.
Responsibilities
- Perform detailed clinical assessments and physical examinations to evaluate patient health status.
- Diagnose and manage a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions in family medicine settings.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including pain management strategies.
- Provide patient education on health promotion, disease prevention, and medication adherence.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and safe patient care.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient encounters and clinical interventions.
- Adhere to established protocols and guidelines to uphold patient safety and quality standards.
- Participate in continuous professional development and stay current with advances in nursing and medical practices.

Requirements
