Key Responsibilities

The physician provides comprehensive, culturally competent, patient-centered care by diagnosing and treating acute and chronic conditions. They also participate in quality improvement initiatives, mentor clinical staff, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to manage patient panels.

Requirements

Candidates must be graduates of an accredited medical school and hold an active District of Columbia medical license, DEA registration, and CDS registration. Board certification or eligibility in the appropriate specialty is required, with a mandate to obtain certification within one year if not already held.
