Key Responsibilities

The Primary Care Physician provides comprehensive medical care for older adults, including diagnosis, treatment, and health promotion for acute and chronic illnesses. They lead a multidisciplinary care team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes, cost-effectiveness, and adherence to value-based care metrics.

Requirements

Candidates must hold an MD or DO degree in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics with an active state medical license. Board eligibility is required, and board certification is preferred, along with a current DEA number and BLS certification.
