Summary of Job: NorthStar is excited to announce the expansion of our footprint in Florida, and partnership with Tampa General Hospital System - Brooksville, Spring Hill, FESC!
Looking for skilled CRNAs to join our group of anesthesia providers, whether you are a new graduate or a seasoned CRNA looking to make a career change, this could be the team for you! Brooksville Case Mix: General, Endo, Urology, Podiatry, Plastics, Total Joint, Ortho, Neuro, GYN, Vascular, Thoracic, ENT
Spring Hill Case Mix: General, Thoracic, Vascular, ENT, Ortho, Plastics, Radiology, Urology, Labor Epidurals, C-Sections
- FESC Case Mix: General, Endo, GYN, Ophthalmology, Ortho, Pain, Plastics, Podiatry, Urology
- Providers will work between the 3 facilities!
Compensation Package
- Compensation: $244,000 Base + $8,000 Quality Bonus + $8,000 Call Pay = $260,000 Annually
- PTO: 8 weeks
- Sign-On Bonus: $75,000 for a 3-year commitment

Key Responsibilities
Provide anesthesia services across three facilities including Brooksville, Spring Hill, and FESC. Manage a diverse case mix ranging from general and orthopedic surgery to vascular and thoracic procedures.
Requirements
Candidates must be skilled CRNAs, welcoming both new graduates and seasoned professionals. A three-year commitment is required to receive the full sign-on bonus.
