Role Overview
Summary of Job: *NEW SALARY* We are seeking a full-time CRNA to join our team at St. Mary's Ambulatory Surgery Center in Richmond, VA. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside experienced colleagues who specialize in ambulatory anesthesia within a collaborative and supportive care team environment.
Our center operates Monday through Friday, with no weekends, call responsibilities, or holidays, allowing for an exceptional work-life balance. Flexible scheduling options are available.
Cases include: Ortho, ENT, general surgery, gynecology, pain management, plastics, podiatry.
Compensation: $255,000 a year salary! 8 weeks PTO, CME fund, Sign on Bonus Available!

Key Responsibilities
Provide anesthesia services for a variety of outpatient surgical procedures including orthopedics, ENT, and general surgery. Collaborate with a supportive care team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes in an ambulatory setting.
Requirements
Candidates must be qualified CRNAs capable of working in a collaborative team environment. The role requires the ability to manage anesthesia for diverse surgical cases within an outpatient facility.
