Deliver care that changes lives — in a city you'll love coming home to.

Las Vegas offers 300+ days of sunshine, zero state income tax, world-class entertainment and dining minutes from suburban neighborhoods, and endless outdoor recreation at Red Rock Canyon — all with a high-energy, 24/7 convenience you won't find in a traditional metro.

As an ISNP Physician, you won't manage this alone. You're paired with nurses, care managers, social workers, specialists, facility staff, and pharmacists — a true team focused on coordinated care, so you can focus on your patients.

Why Physicians Join Our ISNP Team

  • Real purpose — make a visible impact on medically fragile seniors' lives
  • A team that has your back — full interdisciplinary support on every care plan
  • Value-based practice — focus on proactive care and outcomes, not volume

What you'll need: MD/DO from an accredited medical school, active Nevada medical license, DEA registration, board certified or eligible. Geriatrics, post-acute, SNF, LTC, or medically complex population is preferred.

  • $211,369–$317,053 base + $20K sign-on bonus
  • Quarterly Incentive Plan — based on outcomes, quality metrics, and documentation
  • Long-Term Incentive Eligible — physicians may participate in the Mosaic Health Profit Shares program
