The Occupational Therapist will evaluate pediatric patients, develop treatment plans, and deliver therapy services in a home health setting. They are also responsible for completing documentation, training caregivers, and collaborating with interdisciplinary providers.
Candidates must hold a current Arizona Occupational Therapy license, CPR certification, AHCCCS ID, and Article 9 certification. A valid driver's license and dependable transportation are required, while pediatric experience is preferred.
