Home Health Occupational Therapist (OT)
Per Diem | San Jose CA
ACE Home Health Care & Hospice is seeking an experienced Home Health Occupational Therapist for a field-based position serving San Jose, CA.

Schedule: Flexible, with autonomy in managing your hours within your assigned territory
Compensation
- Estimated Full-Time Annual Compensation: $153,000–$206,000
- Per-visit pay structure based on experience, skills, and market alignment
- Mileage reimbursement at the federal rate

Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of home health experience required
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Registered with the National Registration Examination of the American Occupational Therapy Association
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical OT experience
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
- Current CPR certification
- Valid driver's license
