Town Square Dental is looking for an Associate Dentist to join our established, busy practice in Rupert, Idaho.

We’ve been serving the Mini-Cassia community since 1959 and have built a strong reputation for comprehensive, patient-centered dental care. Our practice sees a diverse family patient population and provides everything from general and restorative dentistry to cosmetic care, Invisalign, implants, dentures, pediatric dentistry, oral surgery, and emergency care.

We’re looking for a dentist who wants to become part of a great team, build lasting relationships with patients, and continue growing clinically and professionally.

What You'll Do

As an Associate Dentist, you will provide comprehensive dental care while developing relationships with patients and becoming an important part of the Town Square Dental team.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Providing comprehensive general and family dentistry
• Diagnosing dental conditions and developing appropriate treatment plans
• Performing restorative, preventive, and other general dental procedures
• Educating patients about their oral health and treatment options
• Building trust and long-term relationships with patients
• Collaborating with the dental team to provide an excellent patient experience
• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and treatment records
• Continuing to grow your clinical skills through mentorship and continuing education

Compensation & Benefits

• 30% of adjusted production or a daily guarantee, whichever is higher
