Key Responsibilities

The APRN provides comprehensive primary and acute healthcare services to critically ill newborns in the NICU, including diagnosing conditions and prescribing treatments. They collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to manage patient care plans and ensure continuity of services.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Nursing and a valid Florida Advanced Practice RN license. A minimum of 5 to 7 years of related experience and current BLS and NRP certifications are required.
