The Service Line Medical Director serves as the accountable clinical executive for all Oncology services, overseeing strategic planning and operational efficiency. Candidates must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Surgical Oncology and eligible for an unrestricted medical license in Iowa. An advanced degree in healthcare management, such as an MBA or MHA, is preferred.
