Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient hematology and oncology care to patients
- Manage treatment plans including chemotherapy and supportive care
- Collaborate with Physician Assistant, MA, and RN staff for coordinated care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records
- Adhere to clinic schedule Monday through Friday, 8a-5p, with no call or weekend duties
Key Responsibilities
Provide outpatient hematology and oncology care, including managing chemotherapy and supportive-care treatment plans. Coordinate care with physician assistant, medical assistant, and registered nurse staff, and maintain accurate patient records.
Requirements
Applicants must be board-certified in hematology and oncology and hold an active Florida license. They must have a clean background and NPDB record, meet procedure-log requirements, and provide an up-to-date CV and Lee Attestation Form.
