- This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated Physician to join an employed position within a busy, well-respected practice, supported by a strong referral base and the full resources of a robust health system network.

- Join an established, stable and very experienced Pediatric Intensivist Team
- 24 hour shifts, 8 hours of it in-house
- 24/7 Pediatric Intensivist service
- Practice setting: Inpatient
- Level III NICU/PICU
- 6 PICU beds
- 16 Pediatric beds
- 30 Pediatric Nursery beds
- 24/7 Neonatology Service
- NICU 30 beds with 12 swing beds
- Pediatric Hospitalist support
- Pediatric ER
- Access to several Pediatric sub-specialists
- Board Certified/Board Eligible Pediatric Critical Care
- Eligible for state medical license and DEA/Controlled Substance registration

- What minimum requirements you’ll need
Licensure / Certification / Registration
Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Education
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.

Key Responsibilities
Provide 24/7 pediatric intensivist services within a Level III NICU/PICU setting. Collaborate with an experienced team to manage pediatric patients and support the hospital's integrated referral network.
Requirements
Must be a Board Certified or Board Eligible Pediatric Critical Care physician with a valid medical license in Illinois. Requires a Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree.
