Speech Language Pathologist

We are seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team.
Position Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients with diverse communication and swallowing disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans using evidence-based interventions.
- Collaborate with patients and families to ensure effective treatment outcomes.
- Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
- Provide education and counseling to patients and families about communication strategies and support.
- Assist with discharge planning and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
- Supervise clinical fellows, students, and support personnel following professional standards.
- Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology.
- Current licensure with the State Board of Speech-Language Pathology & Audiology.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 60 days of hire.
- Prior experience as an SLP is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology and possess current state licensure. Additionally, a Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required within 60 days of hire.
