Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- CPR and de‑escalation certification required within 30 days of hire.
- Previous experience in a psychiatric health‑care facility with chemical dependency, dual diagnosis, psychiatric, or geriatric patients preferred.
- 1 year of experience working in a psychiatric inpatient setting.

Key Responsibilities
The BHT is responsible for supporting the therapeutic milieu and ensuring the consistent delivery of the program under RN direction. Key duties include supervising patients, maintaining safety, and treating patients and guests with respect and dignity.
