Job Description
Carle Health is seeking an additional BE/BC Family Medicine physician to join our growing practice at Carle BroMenn Medical Office Center in Normal, Illinois.
Opportunity Details
- Outpatient-only practice with inpatient opportunity if desired
- Clinic hours M-F, 8A-5P with rotating weekends (1 Saturday morning/month)
- Shared outpatient call 1:5
- Able to consult with specialists across the organization

Compensation and Benefits
The compensation range for this position is $325,000 - $360,000. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health.
The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model. Key Responsibilities
The physician will provide outpatient family medicine services at the Carle BroMenn Medical Office Center with the option for inpatient care. Responsibilities include managing clinic hours, participating in a shared call rotation, and consulting with specialists across the health system.
Requirements
Candidates must be Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine. The role requires a commitment to patient care and the ability to work within a collaborative, multidisciplinary health system.
