Position Details

• Part-time openings available!
• Shifts Available: Day/Night rotation, Day/PM rotation, straight days and straight nights. Every third weekend and rotating holidays is required
• Starting rate of $33.78/hr + more for experience
• Shift Differentials: PM – $2.50/hour | Nights – $4.00/hour | Weekends - $3.00/hour
• Location: La Crosse, Wisconsin

What You’ll Do

• Work independently while collaborating across departments to improve patient outcomes
• Assess cardiopulmonary status and develop, implement, and evaluate individualized respiratory care plans
• Provide education and support to patients and families in outpatient settings

What You’ll Receive

$15K sign-on bonus for candidates with 2yr+ experience (paid out 1/2 after 6 months of employment and the other 1/2 paid out on day 366)

$10K sign-on bonus for candidates with less than 2 years of experience (paid out 1/2 after 6 months of employment and the other 1/2 paid out on day 366)

$15K in relocation assistance for eligible candidates (Must be relocating more than 100 miles away from La Crosse, WI)

What You Need

• Associate degree in Respiratory Therapy
• Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) – National Board for Respiratory Care
• Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) – State of Wisconsin
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) – within 2 years of hire
• Current Infant-Adult BLS for Healthcare Providers
