Key Responsibilities

The Behavioral Health Technician implements interventions and provides therapeutic support services, including psychosocial groups and crisis management, for patients in a correctional setting. They also assist in maintaining mental health records and supporting telepsychiatry services.

Requirements

A Bachelor's Degree in a Social Science is required, and two or more years of experience with serious mental illness programming is preferred. Candidates must possess active CPR/AED certification and be able to pass a background investigation.
