Pharmacist

Key Responsibilities

The pharmacist is responsible for providing clinical pharmacy services, including therapeutic drug monitoring, patient counseling, and the development of drug therapy management plans. They also oversee medication dispensing, IV admixture, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards within the hospital environment.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a current Registered Pharmacist license and obtain ACLS and/or PALS certification within three months of hire. The role requires clinical competence in drug therapy management and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
