This position offers weekends off, day shifts only. Work with CFHW in Longmont, Colorado.
Provide support, coaching, and education to vulnerable clients with mental illness to help them stabilize in their communities. Coordinate whole-client care assessments and referrals while collaborating with probation and medical providers to deflect incarceration.
Requires a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a valid RN license to practice in Colorado. Candidates must have mental health experience and a passion for advocating for high-risk populations with trauma histories.
