Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for working with the Family Medicine Residency Associate Program.

• Director to assure that the mission and vision of CommuniCare is communicated and practiced by the Residents.

• Oversee with the recruitment, interviewing, selection, matching, and onboarding of residents for the residency program.

• Assist the program director with compliance with the requirements for accreditation by the relevant accrediting agencies, including site visits, etc.

Requirements

• Supervise, evaluate and observe residents in the continuity clinic.

• Advise residents with respect to their career and educational goals.

Work Schedule

• Full-Time position.

• Call responsibilities required.

• Weekend coverage may be required.
