Requirements

• Outpatient Evening Therapist Job Requirements: Masters degree in counseling related.

• Arizona State Licensure (LPC/LAC/LISAC/LASAC/LMSW/LCSW) Fingerprint Clearance Card Completion of BLS and First Aid Certification, within 30 days of employment.
