Speech Language Pathologist, Home Health

Key Responsibilities

The Speech Language Pathologist will conduct home visits to evaluate, diagnose, and provide therapeutic interventions for patients with speech, language, or swallowing difficulties. They will also develop and revise treatment plans while educating patients and families to promote health and independent living.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a current Speech Language Pathologist license in Vermont and possess a certificate of clinical competence from the American Speech and Hearing Association or equivalent qualifications. Prior home care experience is preferred, along with solid computer skills for electronic medical record documentation.
