Key Responsibilities
The Speech Language Pathologist will conduct home visits to evaluate, diagnose, and provide therapeutic interventions for patients with speech, language, or swallowing difficulties. Requirements
Candidates must hold a current Speech Language Pathologist license in Vermont and possess a certificate of clinical competence from the American Speech and Hearing Association or equivalent qualifications. Prior home care experience is preferred, along with solid computer skills for electronic medical record documentation.
