What You'll Do

  • Perform occupational therapy evaluations
  • Develop individualized treatment plans
  • Improve patient independence and safety
  • Assess ADLs and functional limitations
  • Educate caregivers and patients
  • Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams

What You'll Need

  • Active Florida OT License
  • Home health experience preferred
  • HCHB experience preferred
  • Strong clinical reasoning skills

Key Responsibilities

Perform occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for patients in their homes. Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams and educate patients and caregivers on safety and functional independence.

Requirements

Requires an active Florida Occupational Therapist license. Home health experience and HCHB experience are preferred.
