Evaluate and conduct medically prescribed physical therapy programs and perform initial and ongoing patient assessments. Develop and execute patient-centered plans of care while overseeing assistants and support personnel.
Requires a Bachelor's degree and a valid Physical Therapy license (RPT), with BLS certification obtained within 30 days of hire. A Master's degree and at least one year of recent experience as a Physical Therapist are preferred.
