Key Responsibilities

The Director of Nursing provides strategic leadership and day-to-day management of all clinical operations to ensure residents receive safe, high-quality, person-centered care. This role oversees the entire clinical team, manages regulatory compliance, and partners with interdisciplinary teams to implement individualized service plans.

Requirements

Candidates must have graduated from an accredited school of nursing with a current, active state license as an LPN or RN. A minimum of three years of nursing experience is preferred, along with proficiency in digital tools and senior care best practices.
